I like the following on my hotdog (preferably Kosher dogs, they give me some reassurance on quality):
Chili, cheese, lots of onions, mustard (usually yellow, sometimes dijon or spicy brown), relish, and sometimes Tobasco Sauce. The trouble is keeping it all on. I usually just eat the excess with a tortilla chip or something.
Chicago style? I've gotta try that.
Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Relish
I only like ketchup and I only like them in toastée buns (like U-shaped bread). I never liked hot dogs until I visited Québec City for the first time and went to see the Nordiques. Since I moved to Québec I enjoy the ocasional hotdog. They're not bad here, but I never liked them before.
Errr, yeh, if you like disgusting fat ketchupy uncooked pizza I suppose Chiago would be the place to go. :wtf: The only thing worse than ther pizza in Chicago (errr, or the pizza in Michigan) was the Chinese food there. They put lettuce in the fried rice. :yuck: I was supposed to move to Chicago and so I was visiting there and spending a lot of time there in the mid 90s. I think I had actually ended up there I would have eventually starved to death. :(Quote:

I dont usually eat Hot Dogs. In Milwaukee downtown there is a guy I would go for lunch who is from a huge butcher/sausage place (Usingers) who fries them up on the grill to order. So damn good. Usually I go for the Italian Sausage w/ spicy mustard and fress jalapenos.
But, if I do eat a hotdog, it has Chili on it. That is why I miss being near Cinci...best chili dogs ever...yumm yumm.
Let me ask you a question, Colin...
If you were a hotdog, and you were starving, would you eat yourself?
