Virus bullshit problem

I got a virus apparently from IRC, the IRCminea. I'm running Windows ME

I ran housecall, and it found it in my restore and in an irc popup.inc or some shit like that.

I deleted the popup.ini file, now I went through and rescanned, now the bitch is in my restore. C:\_Restore\Archive\FS480.CAB.

I tried this:

But no luck. Anyone have any HELPFUL advice or tips? I don't want some asshole having access to my shit.
