As for soap I use a bar soap for normal use and a liquid soap for moistening sometimes. But that's about it.

I hate bath and body works everything in there stinks to high heaven and gives me a headache and make my eyes water.

And Matt I love your baby soft hair, what I wouldn't give to touch it again.

That's the most hilarious thing I've read all day. I happen to work for its New England equivalent, Hannaford. Bong.

I use Pert Plus (+deep conditioning) for my hair, and a bar of soap for my body. I buy soap in those big 8-packs, and the brand varies, but I usually stick with Irish Spring, Coast, and Zest. None of that anti-bacterial crap for me, I'm one of those crazies who believes that most body bacertia is beneficial for good health.

My girlfriend has a bunch of that girly shower stuff (complete with mesh puff), but she says she usually just uses my shampoo and soap because it's easier. Heh, I love her, she's so damn lazy.

I'm trying to switch to a milder shampoo like Pantene Pro-V (anyone recommend anything milder and better than that?)

For soap, right now I'm using Dial Antibacterial in the shower and Dove for hand soap skin on my hands dries out like crazy if I don't use something with A LOT of moisturizer in it like Dove.
