You can't own one so long as it is a shape that would let you make it work. It has to be cut up in areas so that it can never fire again.

An army vehicle would be fun to have. Looks like it's a collectible that you could actually play with.

Random thought: If you were in uniform, and you had an army truck, do you think that you could smuggle stuff across the border?

They cost as much as any other truck. That big boy that was stuck in the mud only cost about 3500. You can get them off ebay, or buy them from the part of the government that liquidates military surplus. There is a lot less work to it than you would think.
