Yea, what Johnny said.
But seriously, this game is sticking to the same look and "style" that they went with for MGS2. While they *could* change how all the characters look, why would they? Fans want MGS with better graphics, SK is providing that for them.
I can't see this "Silicon Knights look" you keep talking about. They haven't exactly made that many games, and I'd be hard pressed to say "Damn... Blood Omen looks a lot like Eternal Darkness!". I know you didn't want shit for saying that, but I think you have to explain this shitty SK games thought a bit more... I, for one, don't see it (or know what you're talking about).
ok guys, who's pushing the "NoFace is guarenteed to not get the point" button?Quote:

Hey that's pretty funny Lucas!Quote:

C'mon man. Like Bahn pointed out, you're being awfully picky (and awfully snippy too).Quote:

I understand you don't like the look. But you're talking pretty vaguely, and not backing up your claims with anything substantial (in my opinion).
I'd prefer the original look as well. Hopefully it won't be that big a deal while playing it.
BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM JAPAN! HAHA!Quote:

Retro knows how to make games, i'll give them that much. but compared their look for Metroid doesn't compare to the style that R&D1 had going on.
Slicon Knights....well, we know how i feel about their style.
the guys over in japan could've made a mich nicer looking game.
I think the soldiers get tore up pretty nice by Mr. Fox in that trailer. I'll agree that I liked the faceless Genome soldiers better than the ones in TS (where you can see their eyes). Let's see how well things look when that TGS trailer hits in a few days.
