I've decided that I hate the current state of smart phones, because I can't have everything I want. Unlike consoles, "both," is not a realistic answer when I am choosing between Cave and id backed iOS and PlayStation Suite sporting Android. My contract is up in June I think, so I have some time to decide, but damn...

If games are going to be your deciding factor go with the one that has real controls and doesn't require your hands take up screen space.

"Both" is a completely valid option, with iPod Touch and tablets for both Android and iOS on the market. I don't know why you'd want a phone for Playstation Suite, though, since your PSP2 or other Sony product will likely play all that (and Playstation Suite sounds a lot like a one console future - Sony creates the "system" but is allowing other companies to make Playstation Certified hardware.).

What's the smart money on the Verizon handset side of things currently? iPhone or Droid 2/X?
Hearing positive things about HTC with nothing to back that up.

Check some videos of the HTC Thunderbolt. The thing looks bad ass and it is due out in about a week.

T Bolt will be the shit for the time being.
Xperia Play does look promising, but thats about 2 months away.

I picked up a Samsung Strive. I like it for now. Next year when I am on my own plan again I'll pick up an iPhone or something.
I like the camera and the full keyboard. The large screen is nice too.

Work is going to be providing me with a 4g work phone (Sprint, even tho Sprint 4g isn't in Buffalo yet). Anyone have any suggestions? Only requirements are a GoToAssist type app which I can remote in to clients PC's which I think is available.

Evo 3D is coming out the 24th, that is the one you want. Stall them until then.

Hmmm.. I'll have to check the specs. Thanks.
