Anyway, one inning doesn't mean shit. Come to an AL ball park, and I think the Marlins have little chance.

LOL!
I feel terrible for the Cubs. They define robbed.
Damn man, it's like you haven't been watching the entire playoff series, or something.
First the Marlins destroyed the Giants, with the help of some Pudge heroics. Then look at all 3 of their wins this series - they are all fucking ridiculous. Game 1 if I remember right they came back and won in extra innings. Game 5 Beckett pitched just about the most amazing game ever. And Game 6... dude you call that "one inning", but I call that fucking unbelievable fearless baseball. The Cubs got heart, for sure, but these Marlins are playing goddamn incredible baseball right now, and the way they crushed the Cubs in that one inning was amazing.
Just like the Mets in game 6 of the 1986 World Series, dude. It wasn't just "one inning", it was the entire team pulling together and showing how much heart and how badly they want to win.
For all this time I thought you knew about baseball... sounds to me right now you're just being a biased dumb Yankee fan (as if there is any other type).
I'll reiterate what I said: The Marlins are scary right now.

And yes, the Marlins are pretty scary.
Yea, and Boston would've won the World Series if Buckner put his mitt down a little lower.
It's all about capitalizing on those types of mistakes.
Look, I really want the Cubs to win, but what I saw today was a fucking incredible ballteam which wants to win it more than anybody, including yes maybe the Cubs. The Cubs might pull it together tonight and come out firing tomorrow but right now Im picking Florida.
We'll see what happens. You can call me biased all you want, I really don't give a shit. What it all comes down to is who plays best in late October.
Yea, and like I said at the moment no team is playing better than Florida.
And I also called you dumb.
Well, uhh..thanks. No team was playing better than Chicago the last few games, before the 2 hitter, look how that turned out.
Aghhhhhhhh!
As a White Sox fan, I must say that was a truly glorious eighth inning, regardless of the fan role in it. Bravo, Marlins. The only downside here is that if Florida wins the series, Cubs fans are going to continue whining about this play for ages, even though the Marlins hit the shit out of the ball in the eighth and the Cubs committed multiple errors on the field.

I hate the Cubs, and the entire city is in shock here. It's wonderful. :D
