New Donkey Konga info

Japanese publication revealed today that Donkey Konga will feature:

<ul type="square"><li>32 songs, a barrelful of beats ranging from Latin, pop, dance, classical, anime and children's.
<li>Modes that will accommodate up to four players.
<li>An appearance from Donkey Kong Jr.</ul>
The Conga Drum peripheral will be 12 inches wide by 8 inches tall which consists of two small barrels.

Recently announced for the GameCube, this collaboration between Namco and Nintendo is a rhythm game which features characters past and present from the Donkey Kong universe.

I'm all over this. Or, I would be if I had a modded Cube. :(

Unless it comes to America. :)

But that seems highly unlikely, as DDR seems to be the only rythm game to achieve wide spread appeal. :(
