You can buy a lot of video game related gashapon at NCSX, I just thought you might know some where that has a more broad selection.
Nope. I usually just hit toy stores in San Francisco and buy whatever I can find. A lot of times they have gashapon sets for sale, or just machines.

You can get them for $10 for the whole set at Suncoast movie stores, or anywhere else that sells NECA toys. :D
And I hear you about those Fusion toys. I've had three on preorder for a long time now. They were due out in June initially, I think. I ended up canceling my order. I'll just buy some when they release.
Oh badass! I saw the robomickey at this store in the Metreon, but I passed on it, now I wish I wouldn't have -_- They are seriously weird tho....you have to wonder what the Disney rep that made those was on oO
And the metroid thing is soooooo frusterating! I've been wanting them for so long, but I know the second they get off of the delay theyre going to be all sold out...Oh well, I'll get one someday....
