Maybe mommy and daddy should buy you some typing lessons.
meh, that's not their style, they'll just pay GameSpot to start calling it that and then follow it up by paying some guy to do it for him so he can see.

I think it looks more like a Finger Cuff than a Hand Cuff.
I remember Ikari Warriors for the NES had that unlimited life code ( game was fucking impossible without it).. But there was a point in the main enemy complex/headquarters where you just come to a dead end with missiles flying through the wall at you (no way in ,no way out) and reseting the game was inevitable.
That and there was a Rygar for NES glitch where you could jump off into the clouds from the last castle and just get stuck and never die making another reset inevitable - (never did that one but I saw a friend do it once).
And for some reason I could never get those old Genesis codes to work -- the ones where you put a certain cart in ,rip it out, with the power on and put in another cart -- I blame Gamepro back in the day for printing those damn codes - I think they lead to the death of my second Sega system
Its your falut for trying it.
P.S. wtf is the handcuff glitch?
Here's a great webpage that will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Guile's Handcuffs in Street Fighter II:
