I want to save a few but don't know how.

One way is to check the source file and look for the *.swf file, adjust the web address to load just that file and then File->Save As... Another way is to do a search in your temporary internet directory for *.swf files and copy it from there to a regular directory.
I just go through my temporary internet files and copy them from there, seems to work pretty well.
View source, find the <object> tag that embeds the SWF, get a program like WGET for windows or GetLeft, and use that to save the file locally.
I check my temporary internet files and the IE content is empty. :(
Forgive my technical newbiness but where do I find the source?
Click on View in IE's top taskbar and then Source. If the Flash is in frames right click next to the Flash movie on the webpage and click on View Source.
[edit] Can you link us to what you're after? I'm sure we can get the links for you.
Here's the link.
Right click here and Save As. For future reference, when you open the source you'll be looking for something like:
<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="mamut.swf">
<PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high>
<PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#FFFFFF>
<EMBED src="mamut.swf" quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF WIDTH="500" HEIGHT="360" NAME="animacion" ALIGN="" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"></EMBED>
The file is just "mamut.swf," which means it's not a seperate directory, so just replace the last *.htm on the webpage with the *.swf (or if it's an open directory just add it on the end).
Example: Take: http://www.infonegocio.com/xeron/mamut.html
and change it to:
http://www.infonegocio.com/xeron/mamut.swf
Or if it had been:
http://www.infonegocio.com/xeron/
just add the filename on the end.
Thanks! :)
Or, when you load the SWF up you can go to "Find files or folders", and type the first half of the file (say, mamut.swf is the file you're looking for -- search for mamut* and it should find mamut[1].swf).
