TNL Canadian Get Together: feasible?

Hah - totally forgot what day it was until I saw this post. Time to call my folks I guess!

It's good news for me, I got payed time and a half this evening! :joy: ;)

Am I the only one who finds Canadian produced and directed comedy flat and bland? I was watching Comedy Inc. on CBC and it was terrible.

The Toronto Show on Toronto 1 is downright awful.

As for the accents... I don't know. Canada has a lot of different types of people in the country. It's only natural unusual accents would arise in some form or other.

Canadian produced comedies do suck. Which is odd, cuz we produce some of the best comedians.

So... uhh do you think a get together in T-dot or Mount Real is possible?

CBC has a great comedy series. It's called Hockey Night in Toronto. Last week's episode was a classic. :p

I don't know "The Toronto Show" but some of the Canadian produced stuff on The Comedy Network is pretty decent. It's a lot more watchable than Comedy Central in the US, for the most part. I tend to prefer Brtish comedy.
