I was the first one in the games section this morning. Grabbed the last visible copies of SSX 3 (Xbox) and Otogi, and grabbed Soul Calibur 2 (Xbox) as well. Breaks down to $35 per game after tax. Super sweet :)

I got there at 4 pm, and it looked like a giant wave had hit TRU, destroying their games section. That, and the new layout they have really sucks hard... I wouldn't even know that they had Jak 2 since there was no box, but it's only because I used to work there and knew the employee and he told me they had tons of em, but no display case.Quote:

I just got back an hour ago and it was pretty dead =O I ended up getting Castlevania: Lament of Innocense, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (XBOX) + A free shirt and Otogi: Myth of Demons. Otogi I'll most likely keep sealed and sell someday on Ebay, TMNT is pretty fun and I wouldn't have bought Castlevania any other way than this deal =X Good times.
So next week I'll just buy Top Spin and thats October :)
I'll tell you right now, play Otogi and sell Castlevania, since Otogi is the superior game. To not play Otogi means you're REALLY missing out on a great game.Quote:

I need a few things there anyway, so I can perform double-duty.
I checked out our local CC, but they didn't have much of anything I wanted either.
Man, I missing out on all this stuff :( Sucks.
Called my local TRU and they said they wouldn't later exchange a game that I bought with the deal. I know I want Castlevania, figured I could wait and trade in the other two games for something next month. Oh well, about 5 good looking games come out this week anyways.
Green, just get a gift receipt with the games you went to trade later. It prints on a seperate receipt, and it's all you need to exchange a game at a later date. Hell, they won't even know it was part of the sale.Quote:
