I got the idea from this article in creating this topic.
So how would you define terrorism? What is the difference between a terrorist and a freedom fighter? Where do you draw the line?
I would call the 9-11 attacks a terrorist action. But if you go to Israel, then where do you draw the line for that? People commit suicide bombings. The people are struggling to develop an independent Palestian state, but is that terrorism or not? Is it both?
Terrorism is targetting innocent civilians in the hopes that you will get your away by frightening (creating terror in) the populace.
Palestinian suicide bombers are undoubtedly terrorists, because they target innocent civilians and they want to scare Israel to giving them what they want (or they want to just destroy the entire state).
This was an easy question to answer.

There are plenty of political threads around here. In the future, confine your related thoughts to a thread or two at the most.
Everything should just have been kept in The Victory Thread, but no, people have to post seperate threads for the same damn topic.
Personally, I think a Political forum wouldn't be a bad idea as politics mixes well with, well, nothing. ;)
