I played the first few levels and I'm gonna say don't get too excited. It's not bad and definately has some interesting ideas but the levels aren't very good and it seems like the controls and enemy AI weren't designed with the other in mind. Single enemies are easily killed but groups will actually try to surround you and will alternate attacking which can be very devestating. Unforunately, there's no real good way to roll out of the way aside from jumping which just has them try to circle you again and creates a cycle. They had some nice ways of trailing back and forth between hand and weapons in combos (certainly easier then MK: DA) but fists don't work very well against armed opponents so it's almost a rare oppourtunity to get to punch them.
Again, it's not bad but there are definately better action games around. Playing my friends copy was a decent waste of time but didn't make me want to buy it myself.
