If was such a non-issue than why did you swap out the mouse in the first place?Quote:

I love my mac and i like my pc. windows is cool but after a few months it becomes unstable and its time for a reformat. as for the megehertz my you can't compare macs to pc, mac may have a slower branding, i.e. my 350mhz G3 keeps up with my 1.41 amd the reason is because the mac's bottleneck it wider. and the mac does have many 3rd party accessories that it has to make drivers for, i have had less problems with my mac than with my pc. my pc refuses to network behind my router with other pc yet my macs found each other with no setup. each platform has its pro's and con's there really can be no superior os since they are both totally different. mac has unix at its core and windows well it has windows, granted the are both os but both are running off different parts, but speed test with programs are not accurate like photoshop because the coding is changed for each platform. macs are more expensive but they are better quality parts than cheapo pcs and they are usually a lot nicer, have you ever touched the power button on a mac and puts the machine to sleep now that is cool. macs push the industry, USB, 1394, LCD, etc. compared to pcs with the same specs they are about price. any os can crash some are built better mac has the advantage of unix as its core which is very stable and secure, lately windows has had problems with security holes in its os, granted windows is attacked more. conclusion they both are good os.
ive been using a Mac for about 2 months now. and i dont like it. maybe its the mouse. maybe its the whole file system. maybe its the screen-saver randomly starting when im working. maybe its that i like the PC version of Photoshop a whole lot better. or maybe its that goddamn mouse.
but hey, at least the zooming dock is neat.
oh, and Despair is 4 posts away from 10,000. damn.
I bought a laptop. They don't come with a mouse. I didn't swap anything. Nice try though.Quote:

Just curious -- why is this? What about Corsair, Mushkin and some of the other "better" brands?Quote:
