We're still working out various approvals. Once it's clear sailing and we know manufacture/finish dates, we'll start taking preorders. It won't be long now, but you can check out the new Wandering sample from the Growlanser Generations Soundtrack we put up today to soothe your nerves. :)

If Phantom Brave is really coming to the US in August, you won't need (or want) Growlanser 2 and 3.

From what I hear, Nippon Ichi's US branch'll be releasing Phantom Brave.

Nippon Ichi themselves. They're opening a US branch to do it. There's a post about it here someplace. While it has its faults, I say Phantom Brave is the greatest SRPG ever made and almost makes every other game in the genre obsolete. I still have a soft spot for La Pucelle though, partly because of Prier and also because I love seeing huge 16 people/monster battles play out... and geo streams are fun too. Though I doubt I'll ever play Disgaea again, since the best part of that game, the characters, are in PB.

...I hope NIUSA hires Atlus' voice actors to fill the English parts. Otherwise, it'd be like the difference between the voices in the Slayers OVAs and the Slayers series... just... wrong!

One of my favorite stages was in the bonus dungeon with the bats. If you have the hyperdrive, you can place 8 characters on the map so that all 6 streams detonate sequentially with one purification before the enemy has a chance to attack. Equipped items level up 10 at a time. :D

Only Laharl and Mid-Boss are voiced and even then it's a very short story bit so I don't think it would really matter.

This thread has gotten me back to playing Phantom Brave though. Just passed the 100 hour mark and just schooled the 2000lvl version of the final boss... and I still have two optional bosses to go. Hopefully I'll have them beaten before the US version comes out. :p
