The King of Fighters 2000/2001 double-pack

I heard that Metal Slug 3 has an option for blood or sweat....

In Japan it does... we'll see about the US version.

No the delays are for other reasons pertaining to Sony's approval process.

Yeah, I'm aware of the actual issues causing the delay. But I'm still assuming the content changes are in effect nontheless. :)

Editing the blood in MS3 would annoy me because I feel it'd damage something very prevalent in the game. These KOF edits don't bother me. For $40, I'm going to buy this as soon as I can.

I'm still against the censorship, even if SNKP does it to the original US arcade releases. The US MVS & NGHC versions shouldn't be censored to begin with. Those who bought KOF 2000 & 2001 should write a letter praising the game but also rapping the censorship- if these concerns are sent to SNKP Japan, then hopefully they'd at least think of knocking off the edits or at least adding a censor on/off switch under options.

I am indeed hoping that they don't censor Metal Slug 3 or Samurai Shodown V. SNK Playmore should be willing to take an M on MS3 & SSV if that's what the ESRB would give an uncut version. The M rating has never stopped other games from selling well- just ask Rockstar with GTA.

I was planning on doing this with my registration card. The way I see it, SNKNGUSAC (what a long acronym...) must have the offices the size of my living room, so I'm sure it'd get to the right place.

As much as I would like to support SNK and this new release, I will most likely not get it. I do not own a stick for my PS2 and playing any King of Fighters game with a standard controller is a crime. I rather be playing it on the Dreamcast or Neo-Geo. It is a great thing that they are releasing these games in the USA though, hopefully it will open the eyes of ignorant gamers...On second thought, I doubt that will happen.

Way to go SNK Playmore for releasing these games on US shores.

They have offices right in Central Jersey (Wall), I may just take my registration card to them in person...and yell at them for censoring KoF.
