Just a few updates here. Looks like KOF Double Pack will drop on 12/9. Metal Slug 3 was pushed way back from a December release to 4/15/04(what is going on with this one?). Also looks like KOF2K3 has a date now for 3/15/04 and SVC Chaos is set at 2/10/04. These are all US PS2 dates of course from ebgames. It's going to be an expensive 1qtr for SNK/PS2 fans
What the hell is up with all the Metal Slug 3 delays? April 2004? I'm beginning to feel really stupid waiting around for this title to be released in the US. I really should consider modding my PS2 and be done with it, SNK's US PS2 plans be damned.

It isn't a typo on my end, but I don't see it happening. A US port of 2K3 by 3/15/04 seem highly unlikely. I don't know anything about it at this point. Could be be a 2002 dream match renamed 2K3. Here's a link though to preorder.Quote:

I was looking over snk neogeo's website and came across some media for the 2K double-pack. Game Informer has lots of screens and some rather larger movies. I'm in the process of downloading now. Here's the link for those interested.
King Of Fighters 2000/2001 Details And Movies
Got it yesterday. I've only put in a few hours on each, but so far...not so good. 2K1 looks horrible! The fighters looks like they were made out of lego's thanks to the high res and filtered backgrounds. 2K looks nice though and plays well considering the controller. I can't recommend the purchase though, 2K1 will make your eyes bleed and 2K got old on the DC.
Oh and it's censored.
Haha, I heard about the censorship stuff in the game. Makes me kinda glad I don't play any KOF post 98. :p
