Question about STFU

I think that everyone here knows what the acronym 'stfu' stands for - so I shouldn't have to spell it out for everyone (especially since its in sound off), but I was wondering how everyone interprets or 'pronouces' the term in their head when reading a post that contains 'stfu'.

Do you actually read it drawn out like "Shut the **** up' or do you list of the letters in rapid succession 's-t-f-u'.

Personally, when reading a 'stfu' it comes off as "stu-fu" to me, yes I know there is no 'u' at the end of the 'st' but I have a habit of lodging into my head the first impressions I get from anything (and I stick with them, even if later inspection proves I am grammatically incorrect). Plus, I think 'stu-fu' just sounds funnier. So - does anyone else do this or is it just me?

And I pronounce it "Stay Foo" ; It reminded me of some special move yell from a really bad fighting game I have at some point and now I'm stuck with it.

I always break out all the inner-net acronyms into the full words, except for "lol" which I always read as "lolz".
