I bought two sets of saturn sticks from sega-parts before they sold out, last summer I was able to get a set of DC sticks for, get this $25! I then sold one of my saturn sticks to Burgundy.
The DC sticks are prefferable, though I have never had any trouble with the Saturn sticks. They are a bit smoother, and they just look and feel a lot nicer. Its also nice to not have to deal with the Saurn adapter.
VO:OT is one of my all time favorite games. Its fun with the DC pad, but it is on a totally different level with the twin sticks.

The DC sticks are marginally better for VOOT because there are more instances where the sticks should be returned to neutral position.
If you want to play VOOM, which is closer to VOOT's goodness than most think, get the Saturn sticks.
MaijinRyu, I envy you. A lot. Why in God's name would you need four Twinsticks, when people who are willing to drive halfway across the nation for a small VOOT tournament don't even own a DC pair! :)

Oh, and Metal_Slug... Something big is will soon happen for VO. No, not the Japanese VOOT re-release. No, not VO: Force (Well, okay, Force is a big thing). I'm sure the man behind this "big thing" would be a tad angry if it got too much attention, so I won't mention it just yet... Once it's ready, I'll make the world know.
Another source for DC Twin Sticks is HyperGameAction.com. They've had the things forever, the price now is $99. A bit pricey I guess, but they're new. I bought my set from them about a year and a half ago and had no problems.
I'd avoid Toys N Joys though. I had problems getting them to cancel a backorder (very slow and somewhat rude customer service), and a few people I know have also had various problems with them over the years.
