This isn't the first time Square has observed this... Final Fantasy Tactics went greatest hit at it's pinnacle of rareness, it seems, and that re-release of Xenogears came out around the same time as well. I don't buy that whole "mis-placing" excuse, it's more or less they printed a bunch of new copies for full retail value.Quote:

That's the only non-greatest hits I see retaining some of it's value, since I don't think the music cd will be in the package anymore. Besides, the other ones didn't really have much value, they could all be found for around 30-40 bucks, and new copies of Anthology and Chronicles showed up at EB about 2-4 so months ago.
Now, if only that rumor of FF 3 and Legend of Mana 2 getting translated and brought over in one package is true, I'd finally own every FF in the entire series. If this is becoming a trend for companies, someone let me know when Suikoden 1 or 2 will ever go greatest hits, so I can unload mine on Ebay real fast :lol:
