Ahh! What's wrong with those people. I would have thought maybe they are just teenagers and stuff, but one is apparently 37, married, with four children!

Two wrongs making a right. Specifically the idea that a nation can make the world a better place by killing the citizens of another nation. The Iraq "war" could be used as a for instance, though this type of thought seems to dominate just about all of recorded history.
