I will be there, show opens in exactly eight hours. :p

I would be going early, but I forgot SM was this week until Sunday, by which point it was to late to call off work. Which means I'll miss all the matinee showings and all of friends who are going, so if I want to see it tomorrow, I have to walk to the theater and see it alone. :(
But I want to so very, very much.
wtf...you guys got theaters that open in the early morning?
wtf..
i'm so there tomorrow night. i'm going to get tickets right when the movie theatre opens. when 9:00 pm hits, i can just walk in. no waiting in long ass lines for tickets.
I REAAAAAAAAAAAAAALY want to go see it tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I will end up going. Depends on how many showings are between 7:30pm and 9:45pm...
- Kabuki
Phoenix only cares about Kirsten Dunst...
Heh, looks like both theatres are playing it like six times each between 7:30pm and 10pm !! Looks like I'm going to see Spiderman !!
- Kabuki
then just bring it.Quote:

ok that was bad, but i couldn't help it.
Seriously, am I the only one who thinks Toby Maguire is a little bitch?
I will be attending the 9:15 pm showing of Spider-Man tomorrow night. I bought the tickets in advance on Wed. so I'm all set and ready to go. I'll also be buying Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones tickets tomorrow morning at the Chinese in Hollywood. For all of you that got stung badly by the Phantom Menace, rejoice in the fact that Attack of the Clones will kick MAJOR ass. Nice!
Yep, i may be one of the first persons in the U.S. to see the movie if it opens when the theater time says.Quote:

Being its 2:15 Friday here, I will be seeing it today! I hear that the Hulk teaser may be attached.
Movies are best seen at night....but then again, not everyone works during the daytime ( like yours truly ).Quote:

Ahg..I might have to go with older sister to go see it (Everyones to busy...FOR SPIDERMAN!? BAH!) but damnit...Imma see me some Spider-Man
Just picked up my tickets online for the 8:30 showing. Make sure you get to the theater early. Nothing worse than having to split up with your friends because there are'nt enough seats, or having to sit all the way up front in a corner.
Thats why im going to the super early show, i dont have to work today and can beat the crowds, plus i will see it before almost everyone.
Just got back, must say its one fun ride to take! I recommend it highly and hope everyone has as much fun as i did!!!!!!!!!
I've just seen it, and to all of you sitting on the fence or have low expectations, i will just say this: Go.See.The.Fucking.Movie. After watching this, its oing to take a miracle for Star Wars to captivate me the way this did. As a long-time comic fan, there were specific parts of the movie that were almost perfect recreations from the comics. They even made the ridiculous looking Green Goblin cool. I am going to see this at least 10 times.
guys, what were the trailers in the movie?
Willem Dafoe. Rocks.
XXX, Stuart Little 2, Minority Report, Cimarron, Men in Black 2(funny), and one other movie.
The first deal was a very short ad for the Hulk movie, which doesnt come out till summer of 2003, and pretty much the same otherwise. For me this will be a two more times at the theater and immediate DVD purchase for sure. 5 out of 5 stars.
Nope. I might see it Sunday.... I think it looks pretty crappy though... Green Goblin and Mary Jane are both poorly represented. At least it's better than Scooby Doo...
I leave for it in 3 hours....don't spoil it for me! :D
I just got back from seeing Spider-Man, and man, did it own! It did just about everything right, a fine a example of what a comic book movie should be. At no time did I think to myself, "What the fuck is this shit?!", the film makers remained true to the Spider-Man story, they even included all of his mannerisms. Not to mention that Danny Elfman of Simpson's fame did the music, and Bruce Campbell is in it!
Plus, there were only a few inaccuracies, ALL of which are forgivable and forgettable.
[Spoilers, but honesty, you should know the Spider-Man story by now.]
- Peter Parker is in high school instead of college when he is bitten.
- The spider that bites him is genetically altered, instead of radioactive.
- The thief kills Uncle Ben via a car jacking, rather than a robbery at his home.
- Hobgoblin's origin is probably wrong, but who gives a fuck about him.
[/Spoilers]
The only thing I can see people complaining about this movie is it's special effects. Because just like Blade 2, Spider-Man relies heavily on CG fight scenes. But to all those people who complain about this, I only have one thing to say to you:

"SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU WHINEY BITCHES!"

All in all it was great movie, and I look forward to the inevitable sequels.
