I am going to keep complaining about this until I beat this damn game. Which will now take 4 hours longer as I stop to farm all the random crap to earn the 150k.
Dude, you don't need that great of armor/magick/weaponry to beat the last set of bosses. Unless you've tried and failed with your current set twice, I wouldn't bother if that's all that's holding you back. Dispel, Esuna, Haste/Hastega are handy/essential magicks to me, but upgraded equipment was kind of a waste now that I think about it.Quote:

Compass: I never had black screens for longer than 10 seconds. HDloader for the ultimate win, dude. You must try it, it will make all your gameplay experiences a million times more tolerable. However, it did make the FMVs go skippy in the sound sometimes, so there is a trade-off. Probably just need to update my loader though.
I'm kinda nuts (if you couldn't tell), and I absolutely need to have the best gear moving forward. I'm only on mystic/light 8, so I still have some way to go before the end. I do enjoy the combat, so it's not that bad.Quote:

about the ending
i dont know why your so angry about the ending. Its just how it needs to be, like i said earlier in the thread, its the realist ending in an FF. Ashe returns to being royalty, shes too busy playing her role as the peace mediator between both empires around her, and rebuilding dalmasca. Vaan finally got his airship, and hes happy to have it, hes focusing on his life with his fellow orphans and penelo, now that revenge on the empire is gone, he has to start a real life. Balthier and fran are fine, they showed it with him returning ashes ring. Theyre sky pirates, and they were mercinaries for the most part in the game, their job is done, theyre doing their own thing. Basch takes gabranths place as Larsas bodyguard. Hes taken the helmet his brother once wore with pride, and as a promise to his well-meaning brother to keep peace. Basch knows Ashe is safe, as the biggest threat to them, Arcadia, is now in allegance thanks to Larsa, and Rozaria never posed as much of a threat to Dalmasca with their own prince. Larsa is emperor to Arcadia, and is doing the job right unlike vayne. Its the realest ending. No fluffy marrages, or friends forever lets go to the corner bazaar and share a strange unusual fruit that we crazy other world people eat. Its real, people seperate through what they need to do, and what they want to do, and what they HAVE to do. They moved on.

edit: :lol: I just walked into the Henne Mines from the Feywood and got my ass kicked by two bats. I thought it would be rough in there but I didn't expect my entire A-team to be Arise/Renew/FLEE LIKE HELL so much. Wow. FInal bosses of the game? Cake. Pair of bats? GOD NO GET AWAY AAAH. Take that Vayne.
So how do I get to the other area of the Henne Mines? From the Feywood I can't get anywhere, need to access switches from elsewhere it seems. I don't explore much and don't feel like running around trying to find another entrance, bleh.
