Possibly selling my Xbox

No this is not a lame troll topic, I have very much enjoyed having my Xbox but things seem pretty dire on the upcoming games front. I do want to be absolutely sure about this hence this topic. Any help here is appreciated.

-I don't care for Xbox Live.
-Exclusives only unless the Xbox version has lots of additions.
-I have a fantastic PC that can run any of the upcoming FPS so those are out.
-I only like Japanese games or western games with a sci-fi/fantasy setting.

After Otogi 2 and Ninja Gaiden there just doesn't seem to be anything due to the cancellation of Outrun 2 and Virtua Cop 3 (and Spikeout Extreme will never come out seemingly).

Exclusives Only seems like a strange stipulation to me, since the Xbox version of multi-platform releases is usually the best. Plus, do you just not play your older games anymore? I have a lot of fighting games that seem to keep me interested, but, if you play a lot of action/adventure games I can see how they'd have no interest now.

My Xbox has gotten a lot of use from DVD viewing and Halo LAN parties as well. Actually, an insane amount of use from Halo LAN, much better than anything I've played on PC, resolution aside. I'd keep it for Halo 2 alone.

FuryFox, the only game I have left is Orta (I have culled my collection on all formats, but Xbox more heavily than the others). Xbox 2 will probably be backwards compatible so really for me it's a question of whether or not the next 2 years of Xbox games will be worth it. Halo 2 is very tempting though.

Master, I can't stand anything that Molyneux touches. Only good thing to come from Lionhead will be Unity ;p

The Xbox has tons of Japanese games, JSRF, Sega GT 2002, Shenmue II, etc.

sidez, have you tried modding your xbox?

it truly opens so many doors w/ regards to apps, media, emulation, etc.. and makes the console more than worth keeping.

Just sell your Xbox.

Sidez, if you're looking for Japanese-styled games, forget about keeping the system, mate.

I don't use the system as much as I thought I would when I first bought it, but I'm keeping it because I don't have the luxury of having a killer PC rig. I can see that next year, hopefully, will see the release of Half-Life 2, Halo 2, Psychonauts, Sam and Max, and a handful of other titles that I'll get some good usage out of it. But you've got a good PC, so you should be set.

And can we please stop talking about Outrun 2 being cancelled? I can't take it anymore! :cry:
