Possibly selling my Xbox

Then you expect too much sir. And if it's really that big of a deal then just sell the thing. It isn't an irreversible decision. Microsoft isn't going anywhere and by the time your financial situation is better, Xboxes will most likely have dropped in price.

Besides, you've already stated your preference for Japanese style RPGs so you've got the wrong system anyway.

True Fantasy Live might interest you, Sidez. Aside from that...RPG-wise... There's also Shenmue II... Eh, pretty lean system for RPGs, or games close to RPGs for that matter.

I think Jeremy should sell his Xbox since he doesn't own Halo ;)

what the deal with the 5 month push-back anyway. This game is going to get lost in the shuffle regardless if it is release in November or the dead of Summer. Doesn't help that GS refuses to carry it.

Hehe, nah. The Xbox is probably my most used system, if there isn't a game playing in it, I'm listening to music on the HDD. I've got tons of game songs on there, and I love having the Sonic CD that came with the birthday pack thing for SA 2 on there.

Bottom line: Is the ~£200 right now and what it can do for you, a greater priority at this time or in the near future than the Xbox? If it is, sell the system. You can always buy one again in the future at the same price or less. You really won't be losing out.

Lean on Japanese RPG's.

It has two great western ones, perhaps the best of thier time and two more coming out that may very well best those. Any system with both KOTOR and Morrowind (especially the GOTY) is not a very weak RPG system. The only complaint perhaps is a lack of selection.

I'm usually more into Japanese RPGs but Morrowind and KotOR shit kick any J-RPGs from this generation.

Also, Sidez, if you're into strategy RPGs, give Gladius a shot.
