After months of let down after let down we are finally closing on a house Monday. It has all been for the better however as this is the nicest house yet and for a great price!
Tomorrow we will go to clean up abit and then Monday after closing slap on some paint then start moving the following day.
And with this new place comes my very own GAME ROOM!!!! :cool:

Congrats man, I know the feeling...we just closed on a house a few months back and am currently posting from my new game room.
It rocks, you'll love it. But be prepared to be busy on the weekends and to make thousands of trips to Home Depot.
Congrats on the new house! I remember reading about all of the crap that you went through when searching for a house, and it's nice that you've finally met the end. What area in Florida do you live in?
