Plain. With cheese and etc.
I like it drowning in sauce. Throw in some meatballs or chicken and I'm real happy.

I hate angel hair with a burning passion...everyone cooks it to death. Extra thick linguine for me, extra al dente, and any sauce is just fine.
Having to cook for myself only for a few years, and having no culinary talent whatsoever, pasta has become the single largest part of my diet. There isn't a whole lot of skill required to boil noodles in their most basic form. After learning to make macaroni noodles, then lasagna with help of a recipe written out in painful detail, and spaghetti... Mmm. Pasta.
Currently, I'm trying to figure out ravioli that doesn't come in a can. And linguine. Hell, I'm trying to make most anything. I love pasta. My current favourite is still plain spaghetti noodles, though. No idea why. And when I do make sauce for anything, I go light on the meat. I'm not much of a carnivore.

all pasta is good pasta. Though alfredo sauce is a preference.
Lasagna > everything else (including your mother)
I like my pasta like I like my women - undercooked and covered in sauce.
