If her religious beliefs are like that (slavish obedience to her husband's orders to the case of the letter, the dot of the i, and the cross of the t), then maybe she should convert to another faith. What if he called to tell her to shoot somebody?
The baby belongs in the car seat while the vehicle is traveling. Hasn't she heard of giving the baby a bottle of formula (or pre-pumped milk) for the road?
How is that possible to drive and do that. Some people simply amaze me at how dumb they can be.

I don't want to criticize her religion really. I mean there are many faiths that have beliefs that not everyone can understand... who are we to question them ?
BUT I do think that even with religious beliefs, there should have been some sort of semblance of common sense.
I mean, so if she's cooking and her pan is on fire, her husband goes "Honey, come here! You've got to see this!" then she has to go check it out rather than put out the fire ? Really, I'm just thinking her and her husband are dumbasses... especially the husband who really should know better... especially if he's knowingly in such a 'postion of power'.
I mean, if I were part of that religious group, I'd shake my head at these people giving us bad names.
