I can't see more movies being made, at least any time soon. The third didn't make the money they thought, the main story arc is done which is all that people cared about in the first place (and are pissed at now) and the remaining characters no one really cares about to see another movie. Plus I'm sure that everyone who was involved in the movies is totally burnt out on the idea, and I'd guess they would wait for technology to advance further to do something new. What I could see happening are some books and maybe more Animatrix like stuff, but anything like that would be years away.

Revolutions with out a doubt RUINED all three of the movies for me, it made all of them completly useless garbage. The only thing Matrix releated to even touch is Animatrix, because those shorts actually did something with the ideas the first two films brought up, unlike Revoltuions which threw out everything creative and interesting about the first two movies, and also added in some of the most uninteresting characters and gave them HORRID dialouges and monolouges to couple with their poor acting. So it makes sense for the morons that are the wachowski brothers to take two of the biggest culprets of what I just mentioned and possibly make them the central characters of some new films. I hope these are made so I can laugh at them and watch all the people that still fallow the Matrix path suddenly vere off and wonder what they were thinking.
