Dolemite
Raz0r
Gymkata
Shin Johnpv
Mezz
JefmcC
Werewolf
Zerodash

Frogacuda
2PM, at the newsstand/bookstore by the escalators leading up to 7th Ave.
And in case any of you forgot what I look like, here's what I'll be wearing tomorrow.

Actually I was, I got the gift certificate afterwards so we could use it there... hey it will save some of these poor folks some money and I really, really, really want to go there :D
Are you saying it's your treat? Right on!! ;)
No... it's my birthday after all, so if anyone should be treated it should be me ;)Quote:

Cool. I'll be ready tomorrow. And btw, Burgundy=Mike Shinoda
Oh yeah, and my name is Travis, and this is what I look like without sleep:

it was a good time :)
food was fucking expensive but it's all about the irish car bombs, and dolemite spoke in rhyme the entire time
I was quite impressed i must say
i think i saw bahn down on Mott (walking towards Canal, just past Pell) around 9 something in the pm, while i was going to dinner with my girlfriend. i think he was wearing all black and talking on his cell. didn't flag him down because it was one of those split second double-takes.
Wow, good eye. I was wearing my 1up gear/blue jeans.
Basically I was killing some time after coming back from Times Square around 7:30 with my g/f and an old friend. Hung out at CF for a bit, made a quick stop for some ice cream and then chilled for a bit more (even tried getting ahold of Burgundy) and ending the night by seeing my dad in midtown for a bit.
I forget which stores around Pell, but it seems apparent that you noticed me. I was wondering if anyone from the get-together actually bothered going to CF.
on one side of Pell is a gift shop, and on the other is a dress shop. opposite sidewalk is Aji-Ichiban and that vegetarian restaurant. IIRC, you were with some dude, kinda on the hefty side, wearing all black too (?), with long blond-ish hair. don't ask how i remember all that because i don't know myself. but yea, i was pretty positive i saw you. :)
you got some of your facts right...as I said earlier -- I was with my friend and my g/f. the guy however is roughly the same size as me. the dumplings got you seeing things. sapphire forgives you though. :pQuote:

for the time I was there we never made it up to CF, I parted ways around Id say 7 30 ish when they were heading into MSG to catch some wrestling thing dont know if they went for sure or not
we walked around the city a bit went to the slaughtered lamb and were there for awhile, then headed of to St Marks Pl and went into an INSANELY over priced gaming store there
slaughtered lamb was good times, crazy fucking bill (250 bucks :o ) but good times
i'm guessing the overpriced gaming store is Multimedia 1.0.
Those rocked. I don't know about for $8.50 a pop, but they were good.Quote:

I had a good time. Once the booze started flowing everyone loosened up and had fun. Here's a few quick notes before I get my ass to bed (it's 4AM):
No black people turned up.
Those bitches Gymkata and Zerodash no-showed.
Werewolf wore a werewolf shirt (biiiig suprise). Actually, that's how I found him, I mean who else would be wearing a shirt like that in the middle of Penn? Anyway, he's pretty quiet but a nice guy. Happy Birthday again, dude.
Shin Johnpv looks like one of those guys in the ESPN Strongman contests. He's a fucking bulldog.
I had no idea who Mezz was on TNL before now (he doesn't post much), but he turned out to be a really cool guy IRL. Also, he's a blond clone of Quinten Tarentino, I swear to god.
JefmcC doesn't look like Liberman.
The Slaughtered Lamb Pub is a cool place, but the bill was insane, and our waitress ripped us off blind for the tip. Still, she let Raz0r drink, despite the fact that she knew our latin friend was underage. Way to go, chico. ;)
Oh, and Werewolf bought (yet another) a werewolf t-shirt there. We get the idea!
Burgundy has a lot of hair. He's also a funny guy. Plus, he appreciates alcohol, which is always a plus.
Frogacuda can inhale french fries like nobody's business.
Everyone was very cool. I'd be up for doing this again sometime.
We didn't go. Cheapest seats were $30 and they sucked.Quote:

The Slaughtered Lamb was neat, a bit more expensive then I thought but I'm glad I got to go there at least once :D I expected more werewolf stuff then they had... I had more then they did, I could open my own restaurant
Yeah I got another werewolf shirt, here are a few pictures I took of the place... and something I had at home already :D
It was a good time. Everybody was very cool. Slaughtered Lamb was overpriced, but had some damned good fries, and I learned of a new drink (the aforementioned Irish Car Bomb) which I will remember for future reference. It was a fun day, but I had to punk out a little early, along with John. Did I miss anything?
All in all it was a good turnout. I'm surprised we only missed two people. Thanks to everyone that showed.
Shame you didn't ring me earlier...we were right around there at that time. I got your message but not until a bit later so I figured I'd just catch you online.Quote:

I had a good time too. You all seemed like pretty cool guys. Thanks everyone for putting up with my really bad jokes, or just ignoring them alltogether. I know it's not even fair to call them jokes, (think really, really bad puns) but what the hell. :)The resturant was pretty good I guess, but I wouldn't go back.
That waitress should have danced on the table for Werewolfs birthday for the tip that she got.
I'd be down for another trip to NYC, as long as there is a better plan in place for what to do. I like walking around and all but...
I'll prolly be down there in another month. I need to meet a few more ppl from CF that didn't show up Saturday and sapphire wants to see more of the city.
If I've got time off and a bit of money (& a couch to crash on would help ;) ) I'd be up for heading out to NYC whenever you guys hook up again. I've never been east of Ohio before and the drive would seem like nothing after what I did this summer.
I'd just like to say dolemite is now my hero
Where are pictures of Dole? Come on people, how dare you!
They all signed a contract explicitly ruling out cameras.
What are you blind?! He posted a pic of himself right above you:Quote:

That gimmick is seriously way past old and its dead and buried into the ground.
Dolemite show us a fucking picture already; its the least you can do considering you acted like an asshole and ragged on the shitty picture I showed everyone. Considering that you are near 30 (like I said I wouldve pinned you at 21 at most from your posts - thats not really a compliment) the fact that you are hanging on to this gimmick is ridiculous and immature.
You've just described 95% of your posts.Quote:

You're hardly one to talk.Quote:

maybe get you all to come down to jersey
its cheaper here
In the past two days all you've done is some extremely bad form of trolling across the boards. Based on what else I've seen said in that time, I'll just assume you're a worthless poster.Quote:

It was a great trip. Btw Burg, I got the final sword in Zelda. =) Next time we do this, I'm going to need to know way in advance so I can sell my kindey on eBay. The pics are going to turn out great.
Don't do that, you need your kidney to help your liver process the booze.Quote:

Speaking of immaturity, maybe everyone should re-read your hilarious "the mods HATE me!! *sob*" thread (or about 90% of the other threads you've started). I laughed my ass off at that one.
Far more people here bring up the pimp thing than I ever do anymore. Besides, it seems to amuse them so. :)Quote:

Man, I wish I saw this thread earlier. I would have loved to hang out with you guys. Anyway, if you guys plan another NYC get-together, I'm down for it.
I...I love you too, man...Quote:

Anyhoosit, if anyone's ever opwn for a mini-hangabout on Long Island, TriCoutny Flea Market's arcade closed and moved down to what I like to call "TriNathans" on Old Country Road by The Source. Open all week, now. So, if anyone's in the mood to play some Beatmania, GGXX, or KoF 2003, lemme know.
Nathans already had an arcade (I work 2 minutes away from there). Did they clear out the old machines to make room for the ones from Tri-County or what?Quote:
