Bahn plays religiously. I play every now and then, I think Mzo plays too.
I sure do, as does Rich.
It's just that I've been hooked on PGR2 ever since I got it last Thurs. I want to get to the point where tools like Sl1p can't pwn me at it.
/me is ranked somewhere around 300.
Before I stopped I was around the mid-1000s. If I knew when anybody would be playing I'd be more than happy to join up.
EDIT: I usually run the Dust Devil.

so i jump online for the first time last night, pick the piranah and everyone bitches at me. i was a "cheap ass bitch". i take it that plane isnt liked much? i just noticed that everybody used the same plane so i just wanted to be different.
Yeah, that plane has a lightning attack that severely hampers other players' controls. If they crash into a building and die w/full health, you get the kill.
The only people that bitch about it are those who suck ass at the game and look for any excuse to blame their sad skills on. Sl1p is, for the most part, right. Most people just suck ass. I had a good dozen people on my buddy list that could compete with me for 1st place in dogfighting (never cared much for rank...) but by now I've taken them all off and all I have are TNLers.
But if someone invites me, probably while I'm playing Geometry Wars (don't be fooled by that PGR 2 Single Player crap Live tells you), I'll hop on.
I'll be on most of the day today, and hell most of the next couple of weeks.
Our local EB is having a CS tourney, and bygawd I wanna WIN!

I went into a game of Wild Chicken and two assholes were playing that were ranked in the top 10 in wild chicken, and they just kept scoring / getting chicken / scoring and made it a continuous circle. For a star, my teammate sure did suck the big one. TNL Crimson Quackers?
I'm within 30 of bahn. I should be in the top 50 tonight, possibly top 40. I'm at 67770 points, need to get to 68500 for 50, 70000 for 40. May only take 3 or 4 maps at 25-0.
I won that tournament at the local EB.
It was three games of elimination, with the least scoring three eliminated each round. My first round I was 10-2, second I was 10-1, and on the final one-on-one the guy chose Chicago as the board and I smoked him 6-0. I ended up getting like $50 store credit and Xbox arcade pad.
I would have owned that tourny! :) I've only seen you on XBL once so far, though. :(

Shit. I got this game yesterday when I got on Live. It's, um, different - and by different I mean a clusterfuck. I've usually got more kills than deaths now and I think I'm getting better.

Was playing, I just need to friend you. And the talk of the bulldog ruling is true. I topped three matches by at least five kills after losing quite a few with only 7-12 each time.
It's only a dominant force in Chicago and Windy City due to the level design (read: buidlings for cover). You'll find that the "ruling" will generally become null and void if you attempt to play any other stage like Arixo or Lost City.
btw, 7-12 is bad (but I know you're aware of this) :p since your death ratio is at 50% and limiting your ability to progress through the ranks quicker. Don't waste your time using all those superificial "special moves" aside from the Immanelman Turn (standard and reverse respectively). It doesn't make much sense to use any others since they temporarily takes over your manual control; which can be the crucial seconds you need in an intense dogfight.

Got in the the live kit and never really put it in until yesterday. Damn is it some multiplayer fun.
Too bad my favourite plane is the Coyote, it's just underpowered enough to not keep up in a "Let's all mash together in one big orgy of explosions" brawl, but man is it fun to fly.
