Don't even bother, seriously. The title screen is pretty nifty and builds up the anticipation only to be let down. Everything feels real lose. You control your torso with the mouse and move your body with wsad. You get a crowbar, pistol, shotgun, and grenades. That's about it, dont waste your time.
EDIT: seeing as how its a steam game, and requires the mouse to aim, I doubt it would support joypads, worth a shot though I suppose, although I doubt it will magically make the game any better.
