Final Fantasy VII Advent Children

I was happy as hell because I saw a screencap of the Turks fighting a few days ago and was surprised to see them in it (yeah, I'm sure that was known about forever ago and all but I wasn't paying close attention), and then when browsing the film I came across a huge fight scene with them that was just pimp. I liked those guys a lot although it looks like they're doing a different kind of role in AC, they seem to fill a more standard role there. Now if we could only get a decent game centered around them... and no cellphone crap.

Also, none of that neon raver stuff we saw in the Dirge of Cereberus screenshots. I'm very glad for that.

FFIV (II US) involved riding a whale-shaped spaceship to the moon, where you learned the main character was half-alien. How's that for sci-fi elements?

Yeah, I gathered that from the sample, how are the subs? Broken english, or a nice job?

There pretty decent from what I"ve watched so far.

I watched the first 20 minutes of the movie without subs, and the movie seems like an actually decent film, not "just" a fan cash-in, even though it's that too. I know the fight scenes with remixed FFVII battle music is pure fanservice, but dammit, so what? I had a moment when the old cast got back together in Midgar to fight that ugly-ass Bahamut wannabe.
