the red dot thing is misleading. try running straight at a wall while firing. the bullet holes are going to be all over the place, even though the red dot was in the center the whole time. generally speaking, the guns with 100+ rounds are inaccurate as hell, and are most useful up close.
i have the best results with a super-accurate, powerful gun (g3a3). fire in ~3 round bursts so the recoil is controlled. if you're standing still, it's like an automatic sniper rifle.
firing while moving is possible, but only the best players have any real skill at it. i think it has something to do with the slight lag that follows every bullet you fire.
MAC11 is fucking sweet.
The whole red circle thing is the biggest crock of shit ever, btw. If you're shot isn't at the dot, WITH a huge red circle, you're not hitting shit. I wish I could just put my game into freakin' single shoty mode.

um...other than Airport1 and Presidio....are there any other maps you guys enjoy playing?...Trainyard? Old City? Parade?..etc.
also...have you guys ever tried Terrorist Hunt?...I'm having so much fun playing that mode...dunno why i havent tried that mode before...

parade is nice, and i'd play more of import/export if it didn't crash my xbox (shitty thomson drive.) i haven't played much of the newer downloadable maps, but i enjoyed what i've seen of the parkade. many of the other maps would be more enjoyable if there were custom team colors. the blue-uniformed team has a huge advantage in many of the maps due to the low lighting.
next time i host, i'll mix up the map rotation a bit..
and yes, the co-op modes are awesome.
