He didn't drink alcohol. The only time it is known to be in his system is when he was in Rome and drank some champaigne with rhohypnols. Odd that a man dresses, gets money, writes a divorce letter then does that, but I digress.

If he writes the final note part sober:

I don't know how much you know about handwriting, but it's not as if it changes periodically. There are fundamental differences in the 2 samples, where the F's, P's and CE's are all different. I find it hard to believe he can write clearly and completely different at the same time.

The police concluded that Cobain did write the the 4 lines at the bottom, after they compared it to another sample. That sample came from one courtney love, which is quite odd to get off of someone who would have the most to gain and biggest motive to kill him.

I'm not saying that it's impossible he did it. That's not true.

I'm saying that between the facts:

He has a triple lethal does of smack in him, that would kill him in 20 seconds, yet his gear is not found in his arm or on the floor as in the vast majority of OD's.
Instance's of OD's then gun suicides are extremely rare.
He wrote a divorce letter in Rome, called his lawyer and asked her to remove courtney from the will and write up divorce papers.
The letter is not written in the same handwriting and makes no mention of suicide.
The shell from the shotgun is found to the right of his body, yet the ejection port of the gun points to the left, as it was forensically shown to be when he shot himself (nothing is near that could cause it to bounce off and fly the other direction).
Freaky dude says he was offered 50K to kill Kurt by courtney, passes lie detector test with 99% accurate
Family and friends said he was happier than he had been and was retiring and getting divorced.
Multiple lies by courtney before and afterwards.
Police rule it a suicide instantly and admit to never looking at any other possibility.

With all those, some more than others, a through investigation should be made. That's all I'm saying.

Maybe he did it, but there are enough odd things and facts that don't match up to warrant a real investigation.
