I'd have to say that the Bleemcast disks are the rarest. Luckily I picked all of them up, but it's more of a personal thing, then any possibility of them being worth anything.

I've been lucky to find most of the rare games I've wanted at a very small local pawn shop. I don't know who is trading them in, but when I can pickup Gigawing 2, Mars Matrix, Project Justice, and Sword of the Berserk for ~ $5 each I'm happy. They look like crap, but they play and they're cheap.
Saw a Third Strike on Ebgames.com for $14.99 a week ago, but by the time I went to check out someone else had snagged it.
