They've always been higher than Evo even before the move.
there were about 3 gaming stores down there. one right next to the elevator, the one behind it which used to be J&L, and Evo behind the elevators. it really didn't make much sense for J&L to have two stores located on the same street. Evo is fine where it is, since it's been there forever, but i would've liked seeing them move into a bigger lot. whatever works for them though.
