How is your cell phone service?

it's either or. now that i've settled it, Shinobi needs to pick a service and a plan that suits him well.

Dont need to get all hostile. Sheesh. If you think its the phone than so be it. I'm just stating my experience and opinion. Ever thought about exchanging it for a newer one? Ever thought about your phone could be defective? Which Sony phone you have? So you're saying the Sony phone is cheap? I can understand if it was like Kyocera or Siemens (they're ok) but Sony (let the talking of other Sony products roll it..even tho there is no relevance)?

It did. They made it a lot better with subsequent firmware updates, but I still don't trust it. :)

A phone can be crap and make a good network bad, or a bad network nighmarish.

But always the case cost does NOT = performance. Some of the most expensive phones I've dealt with have also be the worst at reception. Best thing I can suggest is to cruise the forums at www.howardforums.com and see what the general consensis is on the model your interested in. But like any forum, you get your fair share of fanboys, so weigh the responses caarefully..

But yeah, its both, your provider puts out the service areas, your phone decideds whether to pick it up.

i've been to a few cellphone forums and the fanboys there annoy me more than the videogame nerds. but probably still not as much as the otaku. www.howardforums.com is good though. topics on top of topics on top of topics full of useful info.

I believe it has a radio and speakerphone. I only like those features. Only if it had more than 3-5 hours talk time.
