Short story shorter, the ever-annoying FBI warnings will now be featured on games, and will join the club of DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes, where they have made absolutely no difference whatsoever in detering piracy. Just another screen to get through before a game, in my opinion.
yeah well fuck... I just hope the screen shows up in roms too... that would be great...
Does this mean I won't be able to skip through them right away, like the annoying feature on DVD's that prevents you from hitting "menu" and getting straight to the movie?
Reminds me of those CIA/FBI anti-drug screens on arcade games. "Winners don't use drugs!"

It's kind of like some games now that have "Do illegally copy this disc" printed on the disc. If I wanted to do it, that's not really going to stop me.

That article says nothing about warning messages during gameplay. It just mentions labeling.
