Yes, I'm sure there were some radicals involved. But honestly, which group do you think comprised the bulk of the protest movement? Modern-day Leon Trotskys bent on taking the white and blue out of red, white and blue, or regular everyday Americans sick of seeing their brothers, husbands and sons ship off to die for a cause they didn't understand or care about?

I'm having a hard time following this now too. You listed criticisms against Ann in response to what I said about Franken. I referred to that as attacking since I foolishly equate making someone look bad as attacking. You don't see it that way. Fine, I'm gonna drop it.

What? No, it's not! It's your attempt to block criticism against the whole group. I'm only referring to them. What's so damned hard to understand about that? I'm attacking the Communist sympathizing traitors. If you're a protester, and you're not a god-less communist traitor, then I'm not referring to you. Is that confusing? Should everything be qualified with "segments" or "some" each and every time? I can only safely attack the whole group as objectively in support of the same interests as the enemy. The VietCong wanted the US to stop fighting, the protesters wanted the US to stop fighting, they share the same interest as a result.

Maybe it's just as easy to assume that you're calling out protestors as traitors? I mean one could interpret it that way (why else would two people at least have done so if it could not). Is this yet another misunderstanding?

You mean during that era? His record and his company "raises more questions than it answers..." His testimony to Congress and being at a rally with Fonda doesn't look good. Maybe. There are separate criticisms for actual traitors and persons that just simply thought it was wrong.

Yes, I read the first post. Doveski's article deals with a doctored photo that just showed where they put Kerry right next to Fonda at a podium. The first photo that turned up is valid which is what I was referring to in all my posts. That's here,
