Howard Stern dropped!

Y'know what? Fuck all of this crap on wether Republicans or Democrats are bad.

Actually, Stern doesn't seem too bent out of shape...in fact, this morning on his show he offered a female reporter an exclusive interview on the subject if she would put on a bikini and sit on his lap while she asked him questions. :)

Dude, Sterm wasn't following the rules at all. Clear Channel made more in advertising revenues than Stern was blowing on FCC fines, which made his radio show profitable. So, they tollerated his crassness.

Then, after the Janet incedent (who Stern has conviently blamed for his own predicament), the FCC decided to raise their fine levels, and as a result, Clear Channel would have been losing money on Stern's show. They made a sound business decision and cut him lose.

This has NOTHING to do with the freedom of speach.

And about the FCC fining you before they tell you what you did wrong . . . that's a bunch of bunk. Stern knew exactly what he was doing, each time he was doing it, and he knew it would result in his sindacates being fined.
