It's a nice collectors's piece and would look great on
display. That and it's bound to go up in value given the

As Game enthusists it would be in our best interest to support companies that are willing to take a risk on supporting niche controllers. It opens up more possibilites for futute items. $150 is the price of 3 new games so really it is reasonable.
Samba de Amigo pwns... and if I recall correctly (and I do) that controler not only cost $70 less than this sword thing, but it had two independant shake-a-ma-bob sensor things instead of one, and it had two independant height sensors instead of none. I own 2 DDR mats, a frikin' DDR arcade machine, Steel Battalion, Samba de Amigo with two sets of 1st party maracas, the Sega PS tambourine controler, the DC fishing controler, a Beatmania IIDX controler, the Karaoke Revolution headset, and an Archanoid dial pad for my NES.
