Survivor - Allstars

This may be the wrong kind of board to post on... but is anybody watching the new Survivor? I personally stopped watching after Australia, but I recently picked up watching again with the new All-stars version of the show and I'm actually sorry I missed the other ones. I know it got a bad wrap because of it starting the crappy reality craze, but this show is fun to watch and I like it.

So far my two picks to win this one - Richard Hatch and Rudy were both voted out. That stinks. Richard was just fun to watch play and Rudy was cool. I don't know who I'll jump over to now but I'm disappointed with how this one has turned out so far. I'm kind of hoping that builder guy gets it now.

Here's who's been eliminated thus far:

1st: Tina. Winner of Survivor Australia. It looks like if you've won the game before you've got a HUGE target on your back. I don't care about her.

2nd: Rudy. They voted him off because he impaired their chances with poor physical skill. So they say... he fell once. He was one of my favorites to win (probably THE favorite) and I enjoyed watching him. Too bad but that's the game.

3rd: Jenna. She wasn't eliminated. Her mother has a bad case of cancer and she said she got a bad feeling or something. She left during the reward challenge and 8 days after she arrived home her mother died of cancer. She won one of the Survivors.

4th: Rob C. No clue who he is. He seemed lazy and that was their reason for axing him.

5th: Richard Hatch. My second favorite to win but he was axed by the ENTIRE tribe. Colby led the way for him to be duped and played him off. This move was kind of dumb by the weaker players because now Colby, Ethan and Lex will probably dominate them in future challenges.

That's debateable. MTV was doing reality television long before the networks jumped on the bandwagon. Have you ever watched Road Rules or Real World?

You said you haven't been watching so you probably didn't see the Survivor with Rupert. He's the other person I'd like to see win, my other two favorites were actually the same as yours. The three 'R's.

What the hell happened tonight with Richard and Sue? All those warnings made me think Rob and what'shername were going to get it on but it turns out Richard just jiggled his penis. I didn't catch what was so offensive.

I think he pretended to tap her ass or something. They showed a clip of the next Survivor and she was yelling at the host. I hate her so much.

Whatever it was had to be worse than a tapped ass. There were three viewer discretion advised warnings. Hmph.

What else happened this ep.. oh the boat race, that was pretty funny. The winning team just tied together the parts they had been given :D. The "shock" of disbanding the third tribe was "meh." Rupert's team was already in the gutter so this'll hopefully help him out. And although it's sad to see Richard go, it was about as impressive as conspiricys get, so that's good at least.

Personally, I really like this season.

Although I think some of the games are getting kind of tired. I've seen all the challenge types like so many times before... they need to find some new challenges.

Poor Saboga. :( Now I only care about Rupert.

Rupert isn't even that good this season.

He was awesome in the Pearl Islands, but everything he's done in All Stars has been a disaster. He's been a total liability. Plus he doesn't have his fishing spear.

He seems like a total goof to me. He has absolutely no balance and the house he built his tribe was totally shit.

Yeah I was never a big fan of Rupert even during Pearl Islands he seems like a hell of a guy but not much of a player. I was disappointed by Rob C. getting voted out. In Amazon he was just a master of the game and is still called "The best Survivor to never win the game". This is season is fantastic so far and though i'm from New York i'm rooting for Boston Rob to win.
