I haven't been hungover yet, but I will tell you one thing that will make you want to die. Drink something very very hard, and injest something with a lot of pure white sugar in it. If you can, do this on a hot summer day, while out side. You will wish for death when all of that gets into your system.

I don't think this has been mentioned, but dark or cloudy drinks will give you a worse hangover than light or clear ones. If you're going to drink a lot, stick to clear alcohols like vodka, white wines and lighter beers, and stay away from thick colored liquors, red wines and dark beers.

You're probably better off taking them the next day, but why take Tylenol at all when you can take Aleve, which is not only safer but does a better job?

Does a "morning after" pill help?
