Drinking a lot of sugar-filled drinks can make you feel sick. If you are drinking rum and cokes, use diet coke instead cause there is no sugar in it. I love to get wasted off of champaigne, but that stuff is so sweet that it gives me bad hangovers. As does cheap liquor. It might cost less but it isn't worth it.
Eat stuff that'll soak up the booze, like bread, before going to bed. Its a good idea to take advil before going to bed because if you are puking the next day you won't be able to give it time to digest and get into your system if you take it when you wake up.
Ok, that's a good idea... if you love the taste of ASS.Quote:

If you can taste the difference between diet coke and coke when drinking a rum and coke, then you make a weak mixed drink and should probably stick to cosmos, or maybe a wine cooler.Quote:

I've taken a queue from you all and decided to drink a lot more water, cut soda/pop out altogether and cut back on sweet drinks like juice and hot chocolate.
I don't drink coffee or tea so I think I've done well so far. (3 days in)
