I recently learned how enjoyable it can be to watch your girlfriend shoot the crap out of things with firearms. *heh*
I also learned that there is something a bit freaky about shooting of a gun like a .44 Magnum. It probably isn't much compared to other things, but I don't have a lot of experience with guns... and for me, having something with that much power held in your hands, and thinking about what could be done with something like that, it kind of made me think about a lot of things. Such as, how something so small could totally change the life of one or more people in nothing more than a moment.
