I need to do some work to see how well these work but apparently Jade has a 41% (I can only get it up to 30-some% because I don't have the combination memorized yet) and Liu Kang has a 49% on top of the 41% he already had (but I'm not sure how to do the latter since I've only had it done to me once). I'm a bit wary on the 49%, though, because it doesn't seem like the timing for stance changing allows it to be possible, although it could be just that that combo has far and away the strictest timing I've seen/found yet and I just haven't done it right. Gotten a crapload of 37-38% combos with him but have yet to break 40% with anyone. That'll probably be my goal for the night.
With a pathetically easy to do 37%, a high and low fireball, and at least a 41% if not also a 49%, is there really any reason to use anyone else? Some of the special moves for other characters are pretty good but it's looking to me like Liu Kang is the SCII Cervantes to Defiance. Well, maybe Shujinko since once his move list starts getting complete it gets absolutely sickening (Sub-Zero's freeze shot, Scorpion's spear, Raiden's superman, Li Mei's flip kick, Sindel's foot grab), he's got something for every occasion....Quote:

yes that 2nd one with bo i cant get the buttons to work all together i do at time but then i cant get the last set of buttons and its very agervating there has to be a easier way to do this
The training? It doesn't get much easier than that dude.
i do it fast as hell and it still wont work for me i dont get it sometimes it will but it takes forvere to half ass way work help if u can
It's just timing...nothing to really help. Just make sure you hit them all in order. I find that (for longer combos anyway) when you finish the button presses, the animation is still going. Just tap through them at a good pace. Don't know what else to say. Oh, writing in full sentences would help a lot. Not in the game, but just here so it's easy to understanding what you're talking about.
thanks for the help but ill write how i want so bite me

Don't be an asshole new guy, especially if you want help. And what kind of help did you want anyway? It tells you what to do RIGHT ON YOUR FUCKING SCREEN. What are we supposed to tell you?
Nice...Rumpy tries to help you and you respond like a big fat meanie. It's not his fault you type with all the ability of an aborted fetus.Quote:

The port is graphically good, it's gameplay is spot on, but the sound is fucked up. The music is extremely soft (no options to fix it), and on some levels you can't even hear it. Sometimes some of the sounds get real muffled as well.Quote:

It's really up to you if a perfect gameplay version is worth the extra 10 bucks, even with it's flaws. The other bonuses are a shitload of MK "trading card", which have info and a 3d model on the character (out of 25), and a short video of someone involved with that character giving some behind the scenes info on it.
Also get a history of MK, it's a nice little video.
Plus the special cover and all that jazz.
