AOL Sucks!

I was in an AOL chat room talking about how Howard Stern might be getting fired...all these people were making anti-jewish comments. I told a couple of them off and got kicked off of AOL! They sent me this email:

Dear Member,

America Online has been notified of a Terms of Service (TOS) violation in an AOL chat room committed by one of the screen names on your account. A written warning has been entered in your account record along with the information below.


On 03/08/04 10:12:08 Eastern the ANIMEGIRL20 screen name violated the TOS in the Featured News 6 chat room. The following is an excerpt from the chat room discussion:


Animegirl20: fuck you
Animegirl20: you guys are racist in here!


When creating an AOL account, all members agree to abide by America Online`s TOS. These guidelines prohibit vulgar language, sexually explicit images, harassment, discussion of illegal activities, and/or other activities that may impair the enjoyment of our members.

Nothing really shocking there. AOL has sucked for years.

The fact that AOL sucks was established long ago. I truly pity AOL users, and I hate to say it, but you're screwed as long as you're using it.

And as a side note, AOL chat rooms were a bunch of shit, last time I tried them out. You'd be better to look for alternate service, really. Most other ISPs are cheaper, and work well too.

Made me laugh whenever people were unanimously kicked from StarCraft battles for using AOL, everytime.

Are you just realizing AOL sucks? Just a FYI, Nazis, splinters, and dental appointments suck too :)

I just noticed something. We all universally agree AOL sucks, yet some of you are using AIM which is known to have spyware. Why?
